I need to see the signs that the market is going to continue<a href=”{http://www.theinsidercode.com|http://www.theinsidercode.com/forex-trading|http://www.theinsidercode.com/forex-trading/page/5/?s=forex+trading+video”>forex trading system</a> . Once I am satisfied with those signs whether it’s a double top, a double bottom, a three bar reversal then I figure out, how much am I willing to risk to figure out that I’m right?So right now we don’t have any good patterns.
All we have is that the market has broken above resistance.
It has come down, we have a possible little dipper<a href=”{http://www.theinsidercode.com|http://www.theinsidercode.com/forex-trading|http://www.theinsidercode.com/forex-trading/page/5/?s=forex+trading+video”>forex trading system</a> . And so, if I’m really just wanting to put a position on, setting, getting in here would put my risk we’ll just put it a little bit below there 70 pips.
So if I got in right here, said, “You know what? I think the market is going to go up, and I’m willing to risk below this low to find out,” that means I’m risking 70 pips.
